Our stay at Couper Sant'Andrea was truly enjoyable. The room was impeccably clean and had a pleasant scent. The air conditioner worked excellently, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with luxurious linens that provided a restful night's sleep. We were delighted to find that the room looked modern and fresh, and we especially appreciated the ability to open the windows for some fresh air. The presence of a reliable elevator was a convenient bonus, and the location of the hotel in a nice area only added to the appeal. Matteo, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with our luggage. our experience at Couper Sant'Andrea was of great quality.

The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the city center. Everything was within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and nice linens. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance with our luggage upon arrival. our experience at the hotel was positive, with a great location and comfortable room.

There was a minor issue with the wardrobe cupboard in the room, as it had no doors and was too small. This made it a bit inconvenient for storing our belongings during our stay.

One minor drawback was the difficulty in finding the hotel. Occupying the first and second floor of a mixed building, there was no signage at the entrance.

I had an amazing stay at Couper Sant'Andrea. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the designer stores. The rooms were stylish and luxurious, making me feel right at home. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and professional, always available to assist with any queries or recommendations. They even provided a WhatsApp contact for easy communication, which came in handy when I forgot my key in the room late at night. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

One small drawback was that the air conditioning in the room wasn't very strong, and it didn't reach all the way to the bed. However, this didn't really affect my stay or sleep since I wasn't in the room much during the day.
