This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff at the reception desk and the waiter were extremely friendly and helpful. They catered to all our requests and needs. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the city, which was very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel also provided a "handy" phone in the room, which offered free international calls and data. This was a great bonus for staying connected while traveling.

We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

A Convenient, Pleasant and Friendly Place to Stay

During our stay at the Duke Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the exemplary standard they maintained. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and the hotel drivers were incredibly accommodating. We also appreciated the recent improvements in the restaurant, which made dining a delightful experience. Staying outside the city center allowed us to appreciate Rome even more. we would highly recommend the Duke Hotel as a convenient, pleasant, and friendly place to stay.

The hotel is located in a residential area 15 minutes outside of the city which suited us very well. The room was lovely, with a big comfy bed and fabulous bathroom. The service from the concierge staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had many choices and the food was good. The hotel also offers a complimentary bus service to the center of Rome.

The location threw us a little on arrival as it was in a residential area, away from the main sights.

This hotel exceeded my expectations during my city break. the rooms were both spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. the breakfast selection was impressive and always well-stocked. the complimentary shuttle service was a major plus, offering quick and easy transportation to nearby attractions.

The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, as it was further away from the city center than I had anticipated. This made it harder to walk to different attractions and resulted in a higher transportation cost.
