During my recent stay at a charming resort nestled in the hills near Florence, I experienced exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs, even providing a lift to the train station when there were no busses available on a Sunday. Their friendly and accommodating nature truly made my stay enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor setbacks, such as a noisy building site nearby and the absence of a restaurant, these were overshadowed by the positive aspects of my stay.

Spacious apartments, lovely pool for kids, shops nearby. Beautiful surroundings, helpful staff.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was convenient, close to several restaurants and shops within walking distance. the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

The facilities were outdated and could use some renovation. the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep at night.

The location of this resort is simply stunning, nestled in the hills of Florence. The village of Pelago is a charming destination with a couple of shops in walking distance. We even found a fabulous restaurant on the way. The rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast, although simple, offers a variety of options including ham, cheese, and yogurt with cereal. Additionally, the resort provides a pool, playground, and a bar for guests to enjoy.

There is a lack of restaurants nearby for dinner options.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was clean and perfect for families with kids. The dinner terrace offered a stunning view of the surrounding hills, creating a beautiful setting for an evening meal. The restaurant served delicious food that was of a very high standard. My room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well to ensure a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the extra amenities provided, such as the spare magnetic card to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
