We loved how close this hotel was to the train station. It was so convenient for us as we needed to travel in and out of the city. The staff here were amazing, providing excellent service and even offering to store our bags for us before our trip to Capri. The room, although a bit small, was comfortable and had everything we needed for our one-night stay. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which allowed us to stay connected during our stay. this place is a great choice for its convenient location and friendly service.

I would recommend this hotel to all.

The location of the hotel is great, being right next to a nice coffee shop where we could grab our morning caffeine fix. It's also conveniently located opposite the shuttle bus stop direct to the airport, making it easy for us to catch our flight. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated and clean, providing a comfortable stay for our family. The staff provided exceptional service, with Luigi even making breakfast enjoyable for our children.

The check-in and check-out process was not smooth, causing some inconvenience for us.

The rooms were decently clean and quiet for my Easter weekend stay. It was also in a good location for getting around, very convenient. The staff were polite and friendly, which was a definite must-have in any good hotel.

The negatives outweigh the positives for this hotel. The breakfast was not worth the price, and the staff at the reception were not accommodating at all, making check-in and check-out a stressful experience.

The rooftop at Independent Suites was absolutely stunning. The view was breathtaking and the ambiance was perfect. We had a memorable evening dining there. The staff was welcoming and the suite itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this hotel.
