wow, what a stay! trieste surprised me again and modernist made it even better. perfect location, friendly staff, and i slept like a baby in the comfy bed. the soundproofing is magic - busy street outside but no noise in the room. breakfast was yum!

The location was perfect, as it was very near Piazza dell'unita d'Italia, the main square, and just minutes away from the best restaurants, bars. I loved that I could easily walk to almost everything. The hotel itself was clean, neat, and modern, with great facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast to start the day off right.

Our room at The Modernist was beautifully decorated and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The central location allowed us to easily explore the city within a short walking distance. The helpful staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and we even received a discount for a nearby public garage. Additionally, the breakfast selection was ample and the coffee was excellent.

Great location near port and old town. Modern and clean with good value. Private parking available for €20. Unique magnets on door for do not disturb/clean room. Excellent breakfast with helpful reception staff.
