Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great location, close to Colosseum. Allowed early check-in and bag storage. Arranged affordable airport taxi. Clean room with comfortable bed. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Enjoyed complimentary coffee.

Explored centuries-old neighborhoods, enjoyed a stunning terrace view, easily parked with tickets from the nearby tobacco shop. A true taste of Roman history!

Wasn't a fan of being disconnected from the world with patchy internet. Really helped me appreciate the ancient Roman experience!

The hotel's location was fantastic, close to everything. It was within walking distance to all the area attractions and just minutes away from the Colosseum. The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated the free coffee in the morning. The staff was also very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Flaminia was an absolute gem, always ready to assist and provide information. The location was mind-blowing, close to everything we wanted to see. Our jaw-droppingly spacious room had top-notch amenities like a flat-screen TV and coffee maker. The clean and luxurious bathroom felt like a VIP experience. The view from our window was super! The AC made our stay cool and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price for such high standards. We'll definitely return if we visit again!

The guesthouse is situated in a prime location, just a short walk away from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. the metro station is close by, providing easy access to Termini Station. The rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are modern, featuring fantastic showers. The warm welcome and helpfulness of the staff made the stay enjoyable.

The lack of staff availability, causing inconvenience when needing assistance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were recently renovated and very nice. The bathrooms were much larger and nicer than what you typically find in this city. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything. We were only two minutes away from the Colosseum, and we could easily reach the city center by walking or taking the nearby metro station. The staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in this area. It was a wonderful experience overall.
