During our stay, we had a small staircase in our room that led to a beautiful balcony where we could see the top of a building in Piazza Venezia. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right near the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. We were also able to easily walk to the Forum in just 15 minutes. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The WiFi was reliable and the room itself was amazing. our experience at Tiziano was one of the best we've ever had.

Perfect location for sightseeing, just minutes away from major attractions like the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The staff were incredibly helpful and even provided ice when I sprained my ankle. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a safe. The breakfast offered a great variety, including English breakfast tea. I highly recommend this hotel for a central and convenient stay in Rome.

The hotel's location was perfect, with all major touristic attractions within walking distance. I was able to visit the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza del Popolo, and the Vatican without any hassle. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with well-maintained facilities. The breakfast provided a variety of food choices, including fresh fruits, vegetables, mozzarellas, eggs. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and advice on transportation and sites to visit.

Excellent central location and very helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast was well catered for, offering a good selection of options. One evening, we were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist brought us a late-night drink upon request. Despite a few minor drawbacks , overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Hotel Tiziano in Rome for a few nights. Great location right next to Sant'Andrea della Valle church. Room 310 had a lovely balcony with views of the church dome. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Staff were incredibly helpful and even returned some belongings my daughter left behind. Would stay here again.

The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the top tourist sites. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of items and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The own shuttle service to the airport was convenient and there were no surprises with the 50 euro fee.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The location was fantastic, near the Pantheon and other landmarks. The highlight of our stay was the kind and welcoming woman who served us breakfast. Unlike other hotels, she never rushed us and even offered to make us specialty coffees. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our family stayed at Tiziano for a week to explore the historical sites. The reception staff were helpful and spoke good English. The superior family room was clean and spacious, easily accommodating two adults and two teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioned room had amenities like a safe, minibar, and television with sky news. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all major attractions. We also appreciated the hotel's airport car service and the sweet surprise of strawberries waiting in our room upon arrival.

The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and addressed any questions or concerns I had. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with everything I wanted to see and do within walking distance. Additionally, I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only thing I didn't like was that smoking was still allowed in the rooms. As a non-smoker, the smell was quite unpleasant and it would have been nicer if there were designated smoking areas outside the hotel instead.

The hotel's location is perfect for friends who are going out at nights. It is centrally located, close to many tourist attractions and public transportation options. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing maps and advice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Fast Wi-Fi and a fresh and ample breakfast are also highlights.
