Valeria's restaurant tips were spot on!

Our experience was fantastic! The friendly staff, especially Valeria and Sylvia, provided amazing recommendations and served a delicious in-room breakfast. The cleanliness and comfort exceeded our expectations.

However, the limited seating during breakfast was a bit cramped for two people. The small sign outside made it slightly challenging to find at first, so be sure to double-check the address.

stayed here for 4 nights and the noise from the staff was unbearable, could hear everything! i also reallly expected complimentary coffee facilities in my room, but what do you know? ! still, no sign of that—rude! i almost gave a good review, but the pillows were pancake-flat too. absoluteley disappointed.

Request Italian phrase assistance from the staff. it greatly enhanced our interactions and understanding during our stay.

Loved being so close to the Colosseum, just a quick stroll away! The brekkie in our room was such a treat, especially the yummo cappuccinos. Staff really went the extra mile, felt like having a chommie at reception helping you out.

Only downside was the WiFi didn't connect well to my phone, a bit of a hassle at times.

the location was very convinient, but somehow I had to hear the front desk staff chattering every morning. quite disturbing for a luxury stay, if you ask me. also, my room had no coffee facilities which i can’t believe! it woudl ve been a small touch of kindness. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Just had a fab stay! The front desk staff were super friendly and even helped me with some Italian. The room was bright and clean—def loved the daily cleaning! Breakfast was a great bonus to start the day. Only tough part was finding the place since it's in an apartment building and the elevator was slow.

Those pillows were more pancake than cloud—definitely not my ideal fluffiness! Also, a full-length mirror would’ve been fab for my outfit checks.
