Great location close to the main square and train station which made it easy to explore. the room was spacious and had a lovely view of the town. the breakfast had a good selection of food which was a nice treat for a xmas morning.

The room was not very clean and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. We also had some issues with the heating in the room which made it uncomfortable during the night.

We were able to visit the historical center and even take a short drive to see the famous Ferrari. The staff at this hotel was exceptional, providing us with exceptional service and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even recommended a great little place around the corner for us to try. From the front office team to the breakfast room staff and the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and helpful.

The room had a fully stocked mini-fridge, perfect for storing beverages. It also provided a housecoat and slippers, a nice touch. The spacious room included a safe for valuables. The helpful and polite staff made our stay enjoyable, even going the extra mile to make a reservation at a local restaurant.
