When we arrived, our room had a slight cigarette odor, but the management promptly replaced the curtains and bedsheets, even offering us complimentary breakfast for our entire stay as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel was accommodating and generous in rectifying the situation, making us feel valued as guests. The location of the hotel was also great, close to the lake and with a cycling route nearby. We enjoyed exploring the shops, public beach, and other amenities in the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel's dinners were delicious and varied, with two main courses per person each night. The private wellness area was also a highlight, providing relaxation and comfort during our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a gem! With its affordable prices and attention to detail, it offers great value for money. The location, right on the lakefront, is perfect for those wanting to swim or simply enjoy the beautiful views. The staff are friendly and the rooms, with their comfy beds and balconies, are cozy and inviting. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that is served each morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. the host and his family were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. the location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the lake and with a beautiful cycle route nearby. the rooms were comfortable, with air conditioning, and the food was delicious and great value for money. We especially enjoyed the dinners, with two main courses per person and something new cooked every day. the private wellness area was also a lovely added bonus. Bike Hotel Touring Gardone Riviera & Private Wellness exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

The Christmas décor was lovely and festive. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering us directions to nearby shops and restaurants. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and the city center.

The room was incredibly noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the breakfast options were very limited, with no fresh fruit or vegetables and only basic coffee.
