Stayed here for four mind-blowing nights and was blown away by the fantastic location, just minutes from the iconic sights. The front desk staff were super welcoming and made sure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and had the most comfortable bed ever! The double glazed windows kept the noise out. The €.50 water in reception was a handy touch. Will definitely stay again!

Pro: We had a fantastic stay at Residenza Maglioni Al Battistero. the location was perfect, just steps away from the duomo and historic downtown. the room was clean and comfortable, and the manager was incredibly helpful. She always answered our questions and went out of her way to make our stay more enjoyable. We loved the great value and convenience of this place. Would definitely stay here again.

Limited on-site service as owners were not present 24/7, but communication with them was still convenient. Experienced an issue with the wifi but it was quickly resolved after contacting the owner.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a few steps away from the main attractions and less than 15 minutes walk from everything you'd want to see in Florence. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. The staff is helpful and provides excellent service, giving recommendations and directions to the main attractions. The hotel also offers complimentary sweets, tea, and coffee, and has free, stable wifi.

Mind-blowingly awesome location, super sweet and helpful staff, jaw-droppingly clean and well-equipped rooms, free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, flat-screen TV.

the host lady welcomed us warmly and gave clear instructions before our arrival, making it easy to locate the apartment. the best part was definitely the small kitchen inside the apartment, where we could enjoy a comforting warm drink. the location couldn't be better, with the cathedral, restaurants, shops, and train station all just a stone's throw away. Everyone, especially Marco, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. We couldn't have asked for a better host. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.
