The room I stayed in was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. It was clean and well-maintained. I found the location of the hotel to be excellent. It had easy access to multiple public transportation options, which made it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, it was close to top tourist sites, saving me time and money on transportation.

One drawback was the uncertainty about the heater. It was difficult to tell if it was actually on as there were no clear indications, except for when it switched to the snowflake symbol.

The staff was friendly and spoke English. They provided phone access. Gilberto was helpful with directions and keys. The property had old charm, was well-maintained, and had recycling bins. The kitchen was practical. Good location, easy to reach from Treviso airport.

The location was excellent, near vaporetti stops and within walking distance to major sights like St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. We stayed at Venice Star for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a picturesque part of the city, with quiet streets at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing breakfast and coffee that wasn't mentioned on the site. Check-in was smooth and the staff member spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable double bed and good bedding. The shared bathrooms were large and always clean. The kitchen had a 'help yourself' breakfast and the wifi worked well. We were also able to leave our bags after check-out and print our train tickets. it was a fabulous stay for a great price in Venice.

During my recent stay at Venice Star - Locazione Turistica, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room. The shared kitchen and living room provided a cozy atmosphere, although I only needed a place to sleep. The shared bathrooms were not a problem since I only stayed for one night and there were limited rooms at the hotel. Additionally, the location was perfect, close to all the central sights in Venice. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in the heart of the city. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the key attractions we wanted to visit. Plus, the cozy and clean room with high ceilings made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided a fridge and plate in the kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own meals.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected at times.
