The sulfur smell, while expected, was a bit strong. Additionally, the pool facility, which is open to the public, was not available for a quick dip before dinner as it closed early.

Spent Christmas in the hills near Rome! the spa water is divine and really soothed my stressed-out nerves. the staff is helpful and the view of the mountains is breathtaking. the location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the train station and there is a market nearby if you need anything.

Breakfast isn't up to par, but the panettone was great! And yeah, the sulfur smell is strong, but you get used to it pretty quickly.
