Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a great experience! the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the size was reasonable compared to other European hotels. the hotel has a great location, with buses running every 10 minutes right outside the door. It was convenient to get to the ferry and explore the area.

One downside was the lack of a bar and snacks available in the hotel. It would have been nice to have a drink and a small snack in the evening after exploring.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel! The room was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with effective air conditioning and a lovely view of the garden. The location was perfect, in a residential part of Venice with great local cafes and bars. The staff treated me with kindness and hospitality, especially the older gentleman and the young man at the reception who were always helpful with directions and answering my questions.

As for breakfast offerings, a little more variety would have been nice.

The staff at Viktoria Palace were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our suitcases at their sister hotel in the Centre when we checked out, making our departure much easier. Additionally, the location of the hotel was beautiful, although a bit far from the center. However, the bus service was reliable once we purchased our travel card.

The views were lovely, the bed was veryyyy comfy, and the property was very classy and clean. The hotel had a beautiful location overlooking Venice lagoon. The pool was gorgeous and quiet even during peak time. As bike riders, we appreciated the free parking just outside the hotel.

The staff was helpful, but a couple of them did not speak or understand English well. However, they still made an effort to assist us and make our stay enjoyable.
