The room design was attractive and the bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were in good condition and I appreciated the presence of three mirrors in the room. the hotel offered free parking facilities near the property, which was convenient for guests with cars.

The hotel's location was quite far from the center of Tivoli, around 4 km away, making it difficult to navigate the city by car. there was a unpleasant smell in the mornings that originated from outside the hotel, making it uncomfortable to be in the hallway or near the entrance.

A warm hospitable hotel with well above standard facilities. The staff excelled themselves in looking after our needs beyond what was expected. They gave us easy walking directions to Hadrian's Villa and to a local restaurant where we enjoyed authentic Italian food at local prices. The driving directions and parking advice for Villa D'Este were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.

Enjoyed the modern and well-equipped hotel with a helpful staff during our Easter weekend. Great breakfast buffet on the roof with an amazing view and a nearby bus stop that took us right to the town's attractions.

The hotel's location was a bit far from the town's center, requiring us to take the bus each time we wanted to go out.
