We had an amazing stay in Tivoli! the location was perfect, with easy walking distance to all the attractions. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering us assistance without even asking. the apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. We loved the balcony/terrace, where we could relax and do some people-watching. the complimentary breakfasts at the nearby cafe/bar were a nice touch. And having a washing machine was definitely a plus. a fantastic choice for a Tivoli stay!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay. the only thing to consider is that the apartment is on the third floor, so there are stairs to climb.

The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to a comfortable bed and a modern washing machine. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to Tivoli's attractions, and the staff, Matteo and Federico, were friendly and attentive. Plus, the fast WiFi was a great bonus!

I traveled to Tivoli with my family and stayed at this attractive apartment on the third floor for a few days. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and had a comfortable covered balcony overlooking a lively street. The hosts, Matteo and his team, were extremely kind, helpful, and available throughout our stay. They even accommodated our late arrival and carried our bags up the stairs. Matteo recommended a great restaurant nearby, and the air conditioning in the apartment was a lifesaver during the hot weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

One of the best aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Matteo. He was kind enough to meet me at the train station upon my arrival and provided helpful local tips. The location of the hotel was also superb, situated on a lively pedestrian street with many bars and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel facilities were charming and the rooms were comfortable and cool, perfect for siestas in the heat of the day. I especially enjoyed the gorgeous balcony, which offered a great view of the bustling street below. The hotel's cleanliness was also impressive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

He even went out of his way to meet us at the train station and provide us with local tips. the location of the accommodation was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and bars. The three flights of stairs in the apartment building were a bit tiring, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, the bed was a little too soft for our liking.

The New Year festivities at this hotel were fantastic! They had great live music and a lively atmosphere that really got everyone in the party spirit. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, so we were able to easily explore all the attractions nearby. the room itself was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the city. the staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable celebration.

One negative aspect was the lack of an elevator. With all the New Year's luggage, it was quite a challenge to climb three flights of stairs.
