We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very close to the center of town and the old town. Everything was within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the beautiful garden, terrace, and common sitting areas. We loved the spacious room with a balcony and a view of the lake. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with our room being cleaned daily. The staff, especially Claudio, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Claudio was incredibly friendly, helpful, and personable. He assisted us with parking and prepared delicious breakfasts. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay at this hotel. The breakfast was really satisfying and hearty enough to keep us going until dinner. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main bus stop and right in the heart of the town. The garden was a lovely oasis to sit and relax in, offering peace and quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the town.

That the room was quite basic and lacked personality. It could have done with some pictures or decorations on the walls to make it feel more homely. Additionally, the heater was not very effective and we felt a bit chilly during the night.

the contact with the owner was amazing. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Secondly, the location was perfect. It was conveniently close to the city center and offered a beautiful view. Lastly, we loved the fact that there was secure parking on site, making it easy for us to explore the area without worrying about our car.

There were a couple of things that we didn't like. the lighting in the bedroom was quite poor and there were no bedside lights, making it difficult to read a book.
