The location of the hotel is amazing, with the leaning tower so close that you can see it from your balcony. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the leaning tower, allowing you to easily visit it multiple times and avoid the crowds. Additionally, the entrance of the hotel has a nice atmosphere and everything just sort of fits together.

The reception area and hallways are in serious need of renovation.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Kinzica. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the famous tower. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and there were plenty of nice restaurants and gelaterias nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke good English. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and we even had a view of the Leaning Tower from our window. The breakfast was pleasant, and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel in Pisa.

The hotel is in an ideal area not far from the train station, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms, although a bit dated, are kept clean and tidy. What I loved the most was the excellent view of the tower from our balcony. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at Villa Kinzica! the location was unbeatable, with lovely restaurants just across the street and a clear view of the Tower from the hotel. the second room I stayed in, room 42, was especially airy and comfortable compared to the basic room I had initially. the staff were courteous and helpful, and the freshly brewed coffee was a delight. the breakfast, though typical Italian without any warm options, was still satisfying. Plus, being able to easily reach the Leaning Tower in the evening meant there were hardly any tourists, making for a more peaceful experience.

The hotel itself was pretty outdated and run down. the carpets were old and showing their age, and the bathroom needed a serious update.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Villa Kinzica, as it was just a few blocks away from the famous field of Miracles. It made exploring the sights of the city so much easier for us. The receptionist at the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay. They were always ready to answer our questions and offer recommendations with a genuine smile on their face. The price of the hotel was also very reasonable, which was a major plus for us. And to top it off, the public parking on the street nearby was affordable and the receptionist gave us clear instructions on where to park. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of toilet paper and soap in the reception bathroom, the staff quickly addressed these issues once we brought them to their attention. Their prompt response showed their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay for their guests.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a short walk from the famous leaning tower of Pisa.
