We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right near the Ponte Vecchio bridge in the busy city center. The transportation options, including the free shuttle service, made it easy for us to explore everything else that was fantastic in this city. The view from our room on a hill overlooking the city was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.
