The value for money at Villa Matilde was excellent. The room was comfortable, with a big and comfy bed. The location was great, within walking distance to the airport and train station, and a pleasant walk to the leaning tower. But what really made my stay memorable was the warm and friendly treatment from the hosts. Carlo and Maria were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home.

I stayed at Villa Matilde for a week while visiting Pisa. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to the airport, railway station, River, and Leaning Tower. The hotel is situated on a quiet residential street, away from the crowded town center. The staff at Villa Matilde were absolutely brilliant, welcoming me even when my flight was delayed late at night. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden. The facilities provided, such as a kettle, coffee maker, fridge with cold mineral water, and mosquito nets, were a nice touch. The owners, Carlos and his wife, were amazing hosts, constantly offering refreshing water, cake, and fruit.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at this charming hotel. The owner, a bubbly and polite woman, made me feel right at home. The location was perfect for my early flight, and even though I was woken up by others leaving for the airport, I didn't mind. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, and I had full access to a kitchen with a kettle, coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. Although I didn't have breakfast, the owner left out snacks for me. I had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The owners were very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage overnight while we visited Cinque Terre. The room was small but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed a fantastic pizza restaurant just a short 2-minute walk away. The hotel is also within walking distance of the center of Pisa, with its shops and restaurants. a great stay!

I recently stayed at a charming, homely B&B in Pisa for 3 nights. The location was perfect, being a short distance away from both the airport and train station. It was also within walking distance to the centre of Pisa and all the historical landmarks. The family who runs the B&B were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious and perfectly clean, with a lovely view of the garden. I especially appreciated the good shower in the bathroom. Additionally, having coffee, tea, pastries, and a mini fridge included with the room was a great added touch.
