Marvelous historic villa, stunning countryside views, excellent room renovations, beautiful garden, friendly family-run property, great pool.

Nothing everything was great.

Spent my Christmas break at a Tuscan villa and it was delightful! the room was clean and cozy with great views of the countryside. the owners were helpful, giving us tips on what to see and where to go. the breakfast spread was delicious and we enjoyed the local restaurant nearby. the location was perfect for exploring the area and we were just a short drive from a shopping center. the best part was the pool, which we enjoyed even in the cool December weather. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

The room we had was a bit chilly, and there was no heating, so it was a bit uncomfortable at night. the internet was spotty, so we couldn't stay connected as often as we would have liked.

Good location for exploring Pisa and Lucca, within walking distance of restaurants. Spacious villa with authentic Tuscan style, colorful details, and comfortable beds. Large pool area with plenty of space. Friendly multilingual hostess.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was incredible - I couldn't believe how affordable it was considering the stunning setting and beautiful building. The rooms were clean and spacious, with some even offering an outside space overlooking the gorgeous gardens. I especially loved having a kitchen in my room, it was so handy to be able to prepare meals whenever I wanted. And the breakfast each morning was top-notch, with freshly made coffee to start the day off right.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
