the owner was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to park our car early and even after our stay. the location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street near the beautiful Pini beach, restaurants, and a shopping mall. the hotel itself was spotless, with our room being cleaned daily and towels changed. the breakfast served in the morning was delicious, and we had the option to enjoy it in the garden. Our room on the 3rd floor had a large balcony with a stunning view. I highly recommend Villa Regina for a wonderful stay.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near Lake Garda. The first thing that impressed me was the owner, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. What really stood out for me was the breakfast - it was the best I had in Italy, with freshly baked pastries. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful lake and not far from the city center.

All in all, I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Had a great Xmas holiday at this modern hotel. the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm weather and the hotel was very clean and comfy. the location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and town. We loved the lakeside walk and enjoyed the many restaurants and shops. the staff were super friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the free parking and the ease of checking in and out.

Sadly the breakfast was a bit disappointing with limited options. We weren't impressed that there was no pool, but the beach is very close, so it's not a big issue.
