The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was very close to downtown and just in the center of the city. It was convenient to have a restaurant right across the road and a bus stop nearby. The large wrap-around balcony provided a great view and the air-conditioner worked very well. The bathroom was clean and had good shower pressure.

There were some issues with street noise during the day, but closing the doors and windows helped in reducing the noise.

The hotel had recently been renovated, so everything was new and in great condition. The room we stayed in had a king size bed, a spacious bathroom, and a lovely wrap-around deck. The small kitchenette in the room was a nice addition and allowed us to cook our own meals if we wanted. The hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance to the main town and the train station.

The noise. The hotel was located near a busy intersection and there was a wine bar across the road that had live singers late into the night.

I would have loved to see more assistance available for senior guests. While the staff was friendly, I would have appreciated if they had been more attentive to the needs of older visitors.

They even offered to have pizza delivered when our flight was delayed. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality.

I had such a great experience at Villa Rosa! Enrico, the helpful travel adviser, was there to assist us with airport transport and was always available to answer our questions. Maria, who served breakfast, was also very pleasant and helpful. We were allowed to use the facilities for self-catering during the day, which was a bonus. the place was clean and had good air conditioning and Wi-Fi. the location was perfect, with easy walking access to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely patio leading to a beautiful garden. The metal shutters provided added security, and the shower and toilet were clean and functional. The location was excellent, close to both the train station and coach station. The self-service kitchenette was well stocked with crockery and cutlery, and the fridge was a good size. The manager was extremely helpful, and the check-in process was straightforward. it was great value for money and I highly recommend Villa Rosa for a stay in Sorrento.
