I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was ideal - just outside the old-town, so it was quiet and peaceful, but still within easy reach of all the attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel warm and welcome from the moment I stepped in. And let me tell you about the rooms - they were absolutely stunning, with amazing views that took my breath away. The bed was so comfy, I had the best night's sleep. Oh, and the breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Such great value for money!

All in all, my stay at this hotel was simply perfect!

Wonderful hostess. Lovely room and bathroom. Fabulous facilities - kitchen, terrace, garden, view. Perfect location near the city walls. Plenty of room in the bedroom. Beautiful view of Tuscan hills. Friendly and helpful host. Clean and spacious accommodation. Interesting books and magazines. Unbelievable view from the terrace. Well-equipped kitchen.

I had a delightful stay at a charming villa in a quiet location near the city center. The owner was friendly and went out of their way to help, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in. The terrace was lovely and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. The villa was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place as a great value for money option.

The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. We had a late night flight and she let us stay in the villa for the afternoon which was a huge relief after a long trip. the location was great, just a short walk to all the main attractions. Plus, the terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the nice weather.

The shared kitchen could have used a deeper clean, it seemed a bit neglected. there was some noise from the street which may be bothersome to light sleepers.
