This hidden gem in beautiful Florence left us speechless! The jaw-dropping views from the hotel were absolutely mind-blowing. The rooms were unbelievably spacious and comfortable, with a nice size shower area and plenty of cupboard space in the walk-in wardrobe. The breakfast selection was super impressive, catering to all tastes. The staff were beyond amazing, so friendly and attentive. They even went out of their way to make our daughter's vegan birthday extra special. The front desk staff took care of all our needs, arranging tours and taxis, and even providing water during a heatwave. The pool area was like paradise, with plenty of sun beds and covered areas for shade. The gym had a good selection of equipment for those wanting to stay fit. And let's not forget the breakfast on the patio overlooking the stunning Tuscan countryside - it was simply unforgettable. We miss it already! The location of the hotel was brilliant, offering easy access to and from the city center while still providing a relaxing distance. This stay was truly the highlight of our six-week holiday. Absolutely faultless!

The hotel had a nice pool and the breakfast was good. the location was great with easy access to local attractions. They also had a shuttle service to take us around when needed.

The hotel was rundown and needs renovation. There was also a lot of construction noise and dust which made it unpleasant.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities, including a Spa & wellness centre and a beautiful Swimming pool. the room advantages are impressive, with comfortable beds, lovely soaps, private facilities and the possibility of In-room breakfast. the Poolside snack bar and the Bar/Lounge area have catering service and excellent espresso. Its location offers a beautiful Sun terrace and stunning Garden area.

One minor issue that arose was the slow service for setting a new table on the terrace. some of the staff's helpfulness can be improved, for instance, cleaning used plates or the slow response of the waiters.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was very close to the city center. However, getting into the city by cab was quite expensive. The hotel was situated in a beautiful rural area, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being relatively close to town. One of the highlights of the hotel was its Michelin restaurant, which provided guests with a truly exquisite dining experience.

The service at the hotel was quite poor, with many guests feeling that the hotel was understaffed.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tolomei Hotel & Resort. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the restaurant staff, particularly Giovanni, who went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary requirements. The pool staff and reception also provided exceptional service, helping us with taxi arrangements and organizing a fantastic wine-tasting day trip. our three-night stay was delightful and much-needed after exploring the beautiful city of Florence.

If there was anything to fault, it would be the minor cosmetic issues. The soft furnishings on the room's private patio could have used a clean, and the foliage needed some trimming for better views.
