The absence of an elevator is a nuisance for guests with luggage!!! The decor feels tired and outdated, which certainly detracts from the overall charm!!! Noise disturbances from nearby properties could impact your sleep quality!!!

Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat disappointing. The room we received was not located in the main building. We ended up in a former garage-turned-bedroom, which felt very different from the beautiful hotel we had expected. While the staff was understanding and moved us into the main house, it marred the initial excitement of our stay in a historic villa, leaving us feeling underwhelmed.

We had a lovely stay, and the staff were a real delight, especially Francesca, who was so friendly! The location is spot on, just a stone's throw from the Leaning Tower. Though the Wi-Fi could be a bit dodgy at times, it was a grand experience overall.
