Elevator was missing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the famous tower. Our room had a spacious balcony where I could enjoy some sunshine, while the children rested. The hotel also provides antimosquito plugs, which is a nice addition.

Felt very well taken care of, no reason to complain.

Loved my Xmas stay! The breakfast provided was superb and even better, it was served outdoors. The location was perfect, I was able to visit great restaurants and see the famous tower nearby. I was most impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who organized a taxi to take me to the ferry service too. Plus, there was a car park available which was convenient. Lastly, the room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The only minor drawback would be the absence of a fridge. However, this did not impact the overall experience.
