The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that your basic amenities are taken care of - rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are provided. The rooms themselves are well-appointed and exactly as shown in the pictures. Additionally, the breakfast spread is excellent, although the quirky juice machines may take some getting used to.

Despite the winding road, we had an amazing stay at Hotel Lucia. Our room was clean and had a stunning view of Lake Garda. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety of local products. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The drive up the mountain to reach the hotel can be challenging, especially for inexperienced drivers.

The road leading to the hotel was very steep and difficult to drive on, especially at night. We had trouble finding the hotel in the dark and it was stressful. The WiFi didn't work well and kept cutting out. our experience during Easter was disappointing and we wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money is outstanding. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the level of service and attention to detail provided. Secondly, the location of the hotel is breathtaking. Situated high up on the mountain, the view down to the lake is absolutely stunning. You can enjoy this view from the lovely lake view terrace or even from the comfort of your own room with windows overlooking the outstanding view. Finally, the staff at this hotel are truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities were all well-maintained and the rooms with air conditioning provided a comfortable stay even during the hot summer nights.

Everything at this hotel was more than okay, there is nothing I believe could be improved.
