Everything is what i need and want.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, situated on a raised area behind the hotel and just a short walk down a small hill to the beautiful beach. It is also close to the historic center, making it easy to explore the charming old town. The staff here were extremely polite and very helpful, they even allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost. The room was clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a balcony with garden furniture. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was convenient for staying connected. Additionally, the spa and wellness center provided a relaxing experience, with a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and various beauty treatments available. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I felt like I traveled back in time with the ancient stone balls and mighty walls. The icons and Tree of Life were an emotional rollercoaster. Bathrobes, slippers, and welcome drinks made me feel like royalty. Dining at Il Melograno was a delicious adventure. The breathtaking view extended to Albania and Greece. The restaurant's buffet breakfast was a feast for the eyes and stomach. The "Martian" Salento landscape was otherworldly. The evening concerts in Baia dell'Orte were a dream.

Oh, the colors! So dull and lifeless.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk to the town center and its gorgeous attractions. parking on site was a great convenience. the staff was also very helpful and always ready to assist with any concerns.

The meals were sadly a disappointment, with the breakfast offerings mainly sweet. Some of the carpets in the hotel appeared shabby with big stains throughout the hallways.

The housekeeping could be improved - they entered the room even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door. the bathroom was dark and had poor water pressure.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including the spacious rooms and the big range of fruits and pastries available at breakfast. The location was also a major highlight, with the hotel being just minutes away from the old town, port, beach, and many restaurants.
