The hotel is conveniently located near bus and tram stops, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and modern, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a good selection of food, and there are facilities such as a common area with books and iPads for guests to use.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway can be heard.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and had a great shower in the bathroom which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, right in the university area and close to many restaurants and bus stops. Additionally, the hotel had a huge balcony on the last floor with a beautiful view.

We had a delightful stay at Viva Hotel Milano. The room was clean, minimalist, and very comfortable. The bathroom, with its ambient light in the shower, added a nice touch. Despite being located on the 5th floor next to the elevator, we were pleased to find that there was no noise disturbance during the night. The location was convenient, with nearby bus stops for easy access to the city center. we would gladly return on our next visit to Milan.

While the cleanliness of the hotel was generally good, we did notice some areas that needed improvement, including a stain on the curtain. The bathroom, although visually appealing, was not practical as the toilet and bidet were positioned too close together.

Great staff at the reception who spoke perfect English and provided helpful explanations and maps. the hotel is conveniently located near a shop that is open late and has easy access to transportation. the rooms are modern, quiet, and well-lit. the breakfast spread was rich and satisfying.

Our festive season stay was marred by constant dripping from the air conditioning unit that kept us up all night. the noise isolation was also subpar, with sounds from the room above disturbing our peace.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to reach the center within 20 minutes. The room I stayed in was clean, tidy, and had modern decor with lovely lighting. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the hotel was quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay.
