The fully renovated apartments had a fresh look and were incredibly comfortable. Every day, we were provided with bottles of water, coffee, biscuits, and candies free of charge. the friendly and smiley staff were quick to address any issues, like a bad smell from the air conditioning pipes, which they fixed on the same day. the location was extremely convenient, just a 2-3 minute walk from Termini station, making it easy to use public transportation to explore Rome's attractions.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the spacious rooms and the convenient location near the train station. the rooms were modern, airy, and very clean, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. the breakfast provided was also very good, offering a variety of choices to start the day off right. Plus, the air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver, as the temperature in Rome was quite high during my visit.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything from the adjoining room, which made it a bit noisy at times.
