The pool at the hotel was absolutely fabulous, with plenty of room to swim undisturbed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the convenience of having a car, as it allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area and nearby restaurants.

We found the beach to be quite busy and the surrounding area was covered in rubbish. It was not the quiet and private beach experience we were hoping for.

We had an amazing time at the new and stylish hotel just outside of Ortigia. The brand new facilities were impressive, and the room size was perfect for our needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was of high quality and had a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the garden and large swimming pool. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

New Year’s Eve party was a blast! the band was amazing and made the night perfect! the snowfall in the garden at midnight was magical. Plenty of parking spaces and easy to find. the hotel’s indoor pool was fantastic, great way to start the day!

The room was too small for a family of four. the view from the window was non-existent.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The resort was stunning and well-maintained. The pool area was very relaxing, with comfortable gazebos and sun beds. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the food quality was excellent. The staff, especially the morning breakfast shift, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Sebastiano, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I also had the best massage at the spa, given by a gentleman whose name I unfortunately can't remember.

My stay at this luxurious hotel was fantastic. The exclusive amenities like the outdoor swimming pool and the Spa & Wellness Centre exceeded my expectations. The service provided was impeccable and the staff was very attentive to my needs. The location was perfect, near enough to visit the city easily but far enough to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The only issue I experienced was a minor one: the view from my terrace wasn't great, but still, I could see the beautiful surroundings. Other than that, everything was perfect.
