From the moment we arrived, Roberto, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay at Windows On Rome was exceptional. He greeted us with a thoughtful New Year's surprise - champagne and a delicious panettone. The entire apartment was always spotlessly clean, and the stunning views from every room made enjoying our morning tea a true delight. The convenient location with bus stops, metro stations, and even the Colosseo within easy reach made exploring Rome a breeze. I highly recommend Windows On Rome for a truly unforgettable stay in this magnificent city.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants.- The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information for exploring the city.

The breakfast options were limited and not very satisfying. The elevator was old and had a creepy design, which made me a bit uneasy.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. I particularly loved the cute small balcony in my room, which offered a beautiful view. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, perfect for a peaceful stay.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

Easter in Italy was amazing! The accommodation was in the perfect spot, within an easy walking distance to all the historic sights, and with excellent transport links. The accommodation was spotless, with modern decor throughout and the beds were really comfortable providing us with a great night's sleep. My favorite aspects were both the stunning city views from the balcony and the free croissants and coffee every morning for breakfast.
