No air conditioning in the bedrooms. Inconvenient layout with the bathroom and shower downstairs.

We had the best view out of the whole resort, a hidden gem and a beautiful piece of paradise. The staff, Plug, Jerone, and the owner Milo were very cool to talk to. Plug would go out of his way for anything you asked him to do. The location is breathtaking, private cliff amazing, accommodation superb, and staff more than lovely. For the experience, try to book one of 2 huts. It's 100% worth it.

Banana Shout Resort offers a breathtaking view, tranquil atmosphere, and attentive staff. Plug, Jerone, and the owner Milo were friendly and accommodating. The groundkeeper, Puck, kept the resort well-groomed, and Flo ensured our room was cleaned daily. Sitting in the caves and watching sunsets was a highlight of the stay. The Italian meal prepared by the hosts Milo and Laura was fantastic.

The staff at Banana Shout were amazing and made us feel right at home. Puck, the groundskeeper, went above and beyond by opening coconuts for us. Jerome, the driver, was reliable and took us around to explore. Flo, who cleaned our room, was kind and did a great job. The location was breathtaking and the atmosphere was humble. We thoroughly enjoyed our first B&B experience and won't be going back to all-inclusive resorts after this. The hosts, Milo and Laura, entertained us with their stories and cooked us a fantastic Italian meal. We loved chatting with Plug and Jah Rounds about Jamaican life. Sitting in the caves and watching the stunning sunsets was a highlight.

I recently stayed at Banana Shout in Negril for a week-long vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Garfield, made us feel welcome and entertained us with their stories and recommendations. The hotel's location right next to Ricks Cafe allowed us to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and live music every evening. The option to swim off the cliffs and witness the amazing ocean life below was a unique experience. The communal kitchen provided a great meeting space for interacting with other guests. The absence of air conditioning was not an issue as the fans and refreshing breeze kept us cool at night. our stay at Banana Shout was a true Jamaican experience filled with authenticity and connections with the local community.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and helpful. The cottages were lovely, clean, and comfortable. The location and view were fabulous with beautiful sunsets. The resort felt secure and safe. It was convenient to have a small supermarket nearby.

The hotel facilities were great, and we loved sitting in the caves and watching the beautiful sunsets. The hotel is in a great location, close to Seven Mile Beach and central Negril, making it easy to visit different areas of this city and explore the surroundings.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. The location is breathtaking, with gorgeous views of the ocean and private cliffs that are truly incredible. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the attention to detail is top-notch. The rooms are lovely, with a hammock on the front porch and a little bistro table for morning coffee. The grounds are beautiful, with an abundance of blooming flowers that add to the overall charm of the place. This hotel offers great value for money, with basic amenities that are to the point and provide everything you need. The breakfast was light but satisfying, with plenty of delicious coffee to start the day.

All was more than okay.

I was looking for something different from the all-inclusive type places, and Banana Shout Resort delivered. The staff was great, providing us with helpful information about the area. The traditional cottages were lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful cliff location and fabulous sunset views. The resort felt secure and safe, and there was a well-stocked supermarket nearby. The staff, including Flo, Natasha, Plug, and Chemist. Thank you all! We can't wait to see you again soon.

We got great value for our money at this B&B. The room was clean and quaint, with a nice boutique-like design. The location was amazing, with beautiful sunsets and the option to go swimming right off the cliffs. The staff was excellent, making sure we had a relaxing stay and even going above and beyond to open coconuts for us. it was a great experience connecting with the locals and getting away from the touristy areas.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better would be more variety in the breakfast items.

The views from the resort were amazing, offering breathtaking scenery. the rooms were basic but comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere. the resort's location was great, with plenty of lounging spots and access to the ocean. the gardens were beautiful, attracting an array of birds and butterflies.

The lack of stocked kitchen/bar was inconvenient, as guests had to buy all the basic necessities. WiFi was only available near the reception office, which limited connectivity in common areas and waterfront cottages.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the beach and other attractions in the area. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view. the hotel also offered a variety of amenities, including a pool and a restaurant, which made our stay more enjoyable.

There were a few downsides to our experience at the hotel. First, the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and unreliable, making it difficult for us to connect to the internet.
