We had a great time at Breathless! The rooftop restaurant had amazing food and our butler, Paul, was attentive and professional. Though we had some issues with mold in our room, we were quickly provided with a solution. we enjoyed the endless rum and beautiful beach views. I'd recommend it!

At my favorite spot, staff kindly returned my misplaced items. It's a perfect fit with Wi-Fi, free parking, and a range of activities. Always cozy in the spa or by the pool. Coming back for a city adventure.

We loved our stay at Breathless! We celebrated our 3rd anniversary and were impressed by the modern rooms with touchscreen controls. The rooftop restaurant was a favorite, thanks to the amazing service from Romeo. The butler, Chris Brown, was such a cool dude, and we appreciated the full access to the sister property Secrets. The facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi on the balcony, were top-notch. Best night in a hotel in years!

The hotel is located in a great spot right on the beach with access to the beach at Secrets, sister property's beach, and the ocean. You can enjoy the beautiful water or simply relax on the soft sandy beach. The rooms are spacious and modern with a well-designed bathroom. The service is exceptional, especially with the butler service provided by Paul, who is helpful, responsive, and professional. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The outside of the hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the iPad in the room is an added convenience.

The customer service could use some improvement, as there were inconsistencies with the quality of service and the staff were not always cross-trained.

The hotel's proximity to the downtown area made it easy for us to explore the city on foot. the rooftop bar had a fantastic view of the city's skyline.

The cleanliness of our room wasn't up to standard. We found a lot of dust and hair in the corners, and the bed sheets didn't seem to have been changed recently.
