The staff, especially Ms. Claudette, made us feel right at home. The beautiful surroundings and convenient location with shops within walking distance added to our experience. We loved spending time by the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The cleaner, Diana, was incredibly friendly and always made sure our apartment was spotless. The security staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel safe throughout our stay.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the bedroom door easily locking if keys were left inside and occasional issues with the gated facility, these were out of Ms. Claudette's control and did not significantly affect our overall enjoyment.
