I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being kept nice and clean throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa treatments and the Kushites restaurant. The location was perfect, close to the Bob Marley museum and in closer proximity to everything. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The Christmas lights and decorations were beautiful and really added to the festive atmosphere. the view from the rooftop was stunning with twinkling lights and lots of greenery. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to some of the nearby attractions.

Our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the location felt unsafe, especially at night, and the room was not well maintained with outdated features and poor cleaning.

We also enjoyed the convenience of having an on-site chiropractor. the location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby restaurants, malls, and entertainment options. the scenery was beautiful, and we had a fantastic time sipping wine on the rooftop while taking in the breathtaking view of the Blue Mountain Range.
