We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always available, but not intrusive. Our housekeeper, Lorris, made amazing Jamaican meals for us. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had a breathtaking view of San San bay. The hotel grounds and pool area were stunning. We loved the convenient location, as we could walk to the Blue Lagoon and explore nearby attractions like Reach Falls and the Rio Grande River. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The villas are in need of some updates and renovations, as they are starting to show their age. We encountered bugs such as ants, cockroaches, and mosquitoes, which was a bit of a nuisance.

The service here is fantastic, with room amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff is helpful and even offers to cook breakfast and dinner for you, adding a personal touch to your stay.

I gotta say, I got great value for my money at this place. The room was spot on, super clean with all the amenities I needed. And let me tell you, the location was top-notch, with beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Spent New Year at a serene garden paradise with amazing views. the location of the villas was fantastic, allowing us to enjoy bird watching and pleasant walks to nearby beaches. the housekeepers provided great service and menu options for meals. We must add that the Tree Bar was a great spot to relax, with delicious rum punch on the side. Plus, the pool was a refreshing escape from the heat and felt like a private oasis.

Although the villas were functional and had great views, they could use a bit of renovation. the swimming pool area, while nice, could benefit from better maintenance.
