The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always wearing smiles and providing excellent service. The pool with its stunning ocean view was a definite highlight. The coffee shop in the main lobby was also fantastic, I highly recommend it. The entertainment team was another standout, they were always happy and brought great vibes to the resort. Lastly, the lobby bar offered above average service and was a great place to relax.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were attentive. The entertainment staff were wonderful, and the entertainment provided was enjoyable. The waiters/waitresses were very friendly and eager to accommodate us. The location of the hotel, in front of the steak house beside the prestige lounge that serves lunch with a variety of options, was convenient. The staff, especially Dane, went above and beyond to assist us when one of our friends needed medical equipment.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs for a perfect vacation. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were pristine, and the beach access was unbeatable. the spa and wellness center provided the ultimate relaxation experience, and the sun loungers in the garden area offered a peaceful escape from the lively entertainment program. the restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast and the buffet breakfast was complimentary. the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind and the private facilities were truly exclusive.

The only negative aspect I experience was the minor issue of the restaurant service being sometimes behind schedule, but this didn't overshadow all the great things this hotel had to offer. the infinity pool was one of the most stunning features of the venue and overall the entertainment was a great way to pass the time.
