We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with palm trees swaying in the breeze. The service was impeccable, from the friendly bell staff who helped us with our luggage to the attentive room service that catered to our every need. The hotel had a great selection of shops and commercial services, and the medical facilities were a bonus for any unexpected emergencies. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and a sitting area. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi kept us entertained, and the mini-bar was well-stocked. The restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially Cheeky, who was the life of the party and provided excellent customer service.

This place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to our friends.

the pool was amazing and I particularly enjoyed the option of being washed down from a tower. As a cat person, I was delighted to find friendly cats roaming around the resort. They were well-behaved and never begged for food, just there to be petted. the staff were excellent - welcoming, pleasant, and very helpful. the food was good and the beach/pool chairs were of good quality with comfortable cushions. the pools and beach were also very nice. the resort organized various events, and I especially liked the special performance in the evening. it was a wonderful experience at Jewel.

Special Seating: The concierge at this resort is like having your own personal genie, granting your wishes for the most amazing dining experiences. They managed to secure us a table with a view that felt like sitting on the edge of paradise.

The facilities at the resort were top-notch and the staff provided excellent service. We met people from all over the world and had a great time. The restaurant staff, especially trainee waiter Shamoye and bartender Garnet, were fantastic. The buffet had a nice variety of Caribbean dishes and theme nights. The entertainment, including a violinist and steel pan band, was top-notch. Snorkeling with Mr. Brown was amazing, and chef Gregory at the Aquamarine Grill was attentive and caring. The bartenders at the swim-up bar and Irie Cafe were fantastic, and the WiFi even worked on the 6th floor. The beach security uniforms were much better, and we even got a late checkout.

The value for the money at the resort was exceptional, with a spacious and comfortable room and complimentary drinks provided in the mini refrigerator. The location was perfect, with a private beach and a marvelous view of the Caribbean Sea. The staff at the resort were warm, inviting, and simply phenomenal in their service.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, as the food was bland and tasteless. From the eggs to the toast, and even the Italian food, the choices were limited and lacked flavor.

We had such an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel! Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing. the location was perfect - right on the beautiful beach, surrounded by lush trees. It truly felt like paradise. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, the bell staff/porter was attentive and helpful. The room service was prompt and efficient, and we loved having access to 24-hour room service. The amenities in our room were fantastic, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the nice sitting area and the flat-screen TV. The dining options at this hotel were fantastic as well. The restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing cocktail. We were truly impressed with the hardworking staff at this venue. They made sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect and we cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The talent coming through the resort, such as the violinist and steel pan band, provides excellent live entertainment. Mr. Brown at the pier provided fantastic snorkeling experiences and was supportive during a panic attack. Gregory, the Aquamarine Grill Chef, is always helpful and cheerful, a true star at Jewel. The bartenders at the swim-up bar and the Irie Cafe, including Garnet with his signature Magic cocktail, are fantastic. The wifi actually worked on the 6th floor, which was amazing. The beach security uniforms are much improved, and the late check-out was appreciated. The location of the resort is perfect, with a beautiful beach and great live entertainment.

The resort offers a luxurious entrance with magnificent stone work and a grand design. There are multiple bars, including a unique poolside bar with underwater stools. The rooms are spacious with balconies and beautiful views. The staff provides excellent service, anticipating your needs and making your stay comfortable. The food is authentic and delicious, with the jerk chicken being a standout. Daily room cleaning and stocked fridge and bathroom are provided. The resort also offers various activities like scuba lessons and tennis.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. The rooms and property were beautiful, and we loved the location under the trees on the beach. The service and staff here were top-notch, from the tree trimmers up to management. They really made our stay enjoyable and we would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This place has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There were no negative aspects that we experienced.

We had a fantastic new year at this resort! the room was clean and spacious, and we were delighted with the complementary cocktail and hot towel at check-in. the beach was clean and there were plenty of loungers and shade. We loved the Italian restaurant where we dined under the stars, and the outside eateries, especially the burgers and pizza, were very tasty.

The noise by the main pool was too loud and went on for hours, which made it hard to relax. the Wi-Fi was bad, but we shouldn't have been checking emails anyway!
