We had a fantastic stay at Jewel! the beach was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. the manager even arranged complementary travel to their sister hotel for our next destination, which was a wonderful gesture. the dive staff were thorough and made our diving experience fun. the bar tenders were not only friendly but also great mixologists, and the grilled foods were outstanding. the water park provided loads of fun for both kids and adults, and the staff there were fantastic with both the little ones and the grown-ups. it was a great family resort with plenty of activities for everyone.

I recently stayed at Jewel Runaway Bay for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The property was clean, well maintained, and had a convenient layout. The nightly entertainment was engaging and well organized, providing great entertainment options. The food at the resort was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The pool and beach were clean and inviting, perfect for relaxation and fun.

The variety of activities available for both adults and kids was impressive, and the water park was an absolute hit with our children. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. We truly had an unforgettable experience here!

I had an amazing stay here! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the staff were polite and friendly. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the floors was impressive. I also loved the convenient location, away from the Coral Cafe and close to the Italian restaurant. Transportation was easy, and parking was hassle-free.

The staff at this Caribbean resort are attentive and respectful, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all ages. The waterpark and teen camp are popular, and the breakfast is good. The receptionist at the front desk, Garcia, is patient and accommodating. The resort offers a beautiful setting, with a low-key atmosphere and no crowds at the pool. The free hobie sailboat rides and fitness classes are a bonus, and the new waterpark is impressive. No wristbands or towel cards required.

Friendly workers, especially Clive at the craft hut. Appreciate workers' dedication and hope they receive fair pay. Enjoyed the food at the resort. Great place for kids with lots of activities. Beautiful setting and low-key atmosphere. Free hobie sailboat rides and impressive waterpark.

The beach was gorgeous, with snorkeling and fish sightings right there. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The water park and activities for kids were loads of fun. The butler suite upgrade was worth every penny, with attentive and sweet butlers. Lots of free activities like kayaking, snorkeling, and fitness classes. The food options were excellent, and the resort grounds were well-kept.

We had an amazing time at Jewel! the room locations were great, with easy access to multiple restaurants and fantastic entertainment options. We particularly loved the water park, which felt like an oasis within an oasis. It was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the security team made us feel safe throughout our stay. we can't recommend Jewel enough!

The location was perfect, with a nice sandy and well-appointed beach, calm crystal clear water protected by the reef, and tons of fish within feet from the shore. We also enjoyed the convenience of having the next day's activities delivered to our room. the experience was amazing.
