The loud wedding party was unbearable!!! Room doors need better locking mechanisms, no lifts are available for luggage, AC temperature is locked and can’t be adjusted. The bathroom is in dire need of renovation!!!

The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.

Unfortunately, we faced several challenges that marred our experience. We had to order breakfast the night before, which was frustrating, especially since the selection was limited. The bathroom had a broken handle, leaving us concerned about getting locked inside. On top of that, the roads leading to the hotel were in terrible condition, making the journey there quite difficult.

Just an excellent fit for a brief retreat in Port Antonio with exceptional value. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my parents' birthday special, decorating the room romantically. Consider exploring the lush green residential area for a peaceful walk after breakfast.

The staff were friendly and attentive the breakfast was delicious and the newly renovated rooms provide a lovely sea view.

The bathroom had ants and a roach the TV required frequent adjustments and the AC was locked at one temperature.

The renovated queen room had a mini fridge and a nice balcony. Air conditioning was good, although the sliding door was tough to open. Loved the complimentary breakfast. staff were exceptional and really made us feel welcome! The outdoor swimming pool added a nice touch, too. Def a cozy spot!
