The location of the hotel is convenient, with a buffet area available for dinner. However, the food is often bland, especially in the main dining area. The beaches offer a relaxing atmosphere and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The water sports activities were not available during my stay.

Staff were excellent, from beach attendants to waitresses and groundskeepers. Breakfast buffet was satisfying, although omelettes could be lighter. Lunch options were decent, with a standout jerk shack. Dinner choices included steakhouse, teppanyaki grill, and Rasta Pasta. Entertainment was cheesy but enjoyable. Beaches were clean and safe for kids.

We loved the location of the hotel, with its relaxing "hideaway" feel. The rooms were quite relaxing, although the beds were a bit lumpy. The hotel had a modern decor that we really enjoyed. The receptionists and some of the dining room staff were very nice and helpful. The beach was beautiful and the hotel had a picturesque property. We had a nice view of the Caribbean Sea, creating a perfect intimate setting. The hotel provided excellent entertainment options, from jogging along the beachfront in the morning, to various activities throughout the day. The coconut water was delicious and refreshing. we loved our stay so much that we are planning to come back with friends in the future.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and well-maintained environment. We loved the location by the sea, which provided beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was amazing: polite, helpful, and friendly. The grill had the best jerk chicken and pork I've ever tasted. The oceanfront view from the room was gorgeous. The well-kept beach and well-decorated rooms were a plus. The LEVEL upgrade and birthday surprise made our stay special. Room service was available all night and the activities kept us entertained.

We recently stayed at Melia in Runaway Bay for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The staff upgraded us to an ocean view room, which was breathtaking. The room was stocked with everything we needed, and room service was available throughout the night. The hotel offered a variety of activities to keep us entertained, and the food was great with plenty of options. The staff, particularly the housekeeping and front desk, were friendly and accommodating. We loved the easy beach access and the fun, sizable pool. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely go back.

The staff at Melia Jamaica Braco Village went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When we arrived, we were initially given a different room than what we had booked, but they quickly rectified the situation and placed us in a beautiful room. The food options were limited at times, but the signature steak restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The entertainment provided was entertaining and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its attentive staff and excellent service.

Amazing entertainment every night.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at Melia in Runaway Bay. The location was excellent, with beautiful views of the sea from my balcony. The grounds were spacious and perfect for taking a leisurely stroll. The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options to choose from. The pool and bar inside the pool were great for relaxing and having a drink. The foam party was a highlight of my trip, and the pool activities were really fun. Despite a few flaws, my overall experience was superb.

What an Easter getaway! the service was remarkable. the staff was so friendly and always willing to assist. we enjoyed the complimentary watersports, especially the paddleboarding and kayaking. the beach was stunning and well situated for beautiful sunsets. the food was exceptional with a variety of vegetarian options available.

some of the facilities were not accessible to guests which was a bit disappointing. But overall, the experience was enjoyable and well worth the visit.
