The staff at Merrils Beach Resorts Lll were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially in the restaurant area. The check-in process was smooth, and even though we arrived late, the lady at the front desk was accommodating and made us feel welcome. The gentleman in the kitchen was outstanding, providing excellent service and making us feel right at home. The hotel is located in a great spot, close to most beach bars, which was convenient for us. As a disabled traveler, I found the property to be clean and accessible, with great facilities and amenities.

As older travelers, we absolutely loved the warm and friendly staff at Merrils Beach Resorts. From Charlie at the front desk to the amazing lady who took care of us, their hospitality made us feel right at home. The chief who cooked eggs and grilled our meals was fantastic, and the whole team made us feel relaxed and secure. The location by the beach was perfect, with private and secluded surroundings. The clean and spacious rooms offered easy beach access, and we enjoyed the lovely outdoor area by the pool.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Negril and I couldn't be happier with my experience. the location is absolutely perfect, right on the beautiful 7 mile beach. You can step out of the hotel and be right on the beach, which is just breathtaking. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms, especially the ones on the second floor with a balcony and a sidelong view of the ocean, were kept very clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.

This resort is situated in a key location on a beautiful beach. The beach maintenance programme ensures that the beach is well taken care of, making it one of the nicest on the coast. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-like. The staff is friendly and makes sure that everyone feels at home.

While some staff members were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, others fell short. One line chef was unprofessional and threw away perfectly good food while guests waited without any explanation.
