I recently stayed at Rayon Hotel for a few days and had an amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, catering to all our needs without hesitation. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the beach and close to local shops and amenities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel grounds were well-maintained with beautiful plants all around. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. I had a great time and would happily stay at Rayon again.

I was on vacation with my family for a week, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The restaurant staff and the daily cleaning staff were amazing, always friendly and attentive. We also loved the beautiful beach just across the street, it was truly stunning. The hotel property itself is well maintained and gorgeous, with lush plants and a lovely atmosphere. Additionally, the owner made us feel right at home and arranged all the excursions we wanted. Special shoutout to Collin, the taxi driver who was wonderful and made us feel safe. We can't wait to return to this unforgettable hotel!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including Jamaican specialties. The location was perfect, situated in the best part of town, and we felt completely safe thanks to the excellent security measures in place. We also enjoyed the pool area, which had comfortable seating and a relaxing atmosphere. a fantastic choice for young people looking for a great place to stay in Negril!

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and any issues we had were promptly resolved. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, the experience was truly excellent. The security staff was particularly helpful in assisting us to get to the beach, which was conveniently located just across the road. The hotel itself was beautiful and luxurious, with comfortable and clean rooms. We especially loved the private and cozy King room that we stayed in for our 15-day vacation. The owners of this place, Miss Pansy and her husband Errol, worked tirelessly to maintain and improve the property. Their dedication to their guests was evident in every aspect of the hotel. The staff was also amazing, being personable, loving, and caring. Special thank yous go out to the chamber maid Angie, the ladies and cooks in the dining room, Shelene at the bar, and the front desk staff. We also cannot forget to mention Norbert, our dedicated driver, who provided excellent service and valuable information about the island. this hotel provides enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great choice for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the fantastic hotel facilities and the convenient parking, everything was great. The location was perfect, right on the beach and next to the restaurant. We loved being able to enjoy the beautiful Negril's 7-mile beach just steps away. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were exceptional in providing top-notch customer service.

From the convenient location to the town centre and the West End, to the exceptional customer service, our stay at this hotel was fantastic. We were delighted to find a great restaurant right next door, the Best in the West. And being just across the street from the beach meant we could easily enjoy the sun and sand. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, and the staff treated us like royalty. The breakfast was delicious, with options like omelettes filled with all kinds of goodies and pancakes that were the best we've ever had. the facilities and room advantages were top-notch.

The pool table at the hotel could use some refurbishing, with the sticks needing to be custom ordered for space.

The honeymoon suite at Rayon was dreamy and gave us the perfect start to our stay. The room was clean, fresh and cosy with great quality linen. The management was accommodating and attentive to our needs, making our stay relaxed. We enjoyed the gym too.

I had an incredible stay at a hotel in Negril across from an amazing beach. the staff were polite and pleasant, and the check-in process was quick. the Honeymoon Suite exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, modern look, and a luxurious bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub. the bedroom was beautifully decorated and the bed and pillows were comfortable. the hotel grounds were well-kept and the breakfast provided was delicious.
