The staff's attention to cleanliness and hygiene was reassuring, with mask requirements, temperature checks, and sanitizing stations throughout the property. The resort itself was stunning, and the rooms, especially the swim-out option, were spacious and comfortable. Special mention goes to the friendly and professional waitstaff at the buffet and restaurants, who made dining a pleasant experience.

We recently stayed at Royalton Negril, an Autograph Collection resort, for a week-long vacation. The resort was massive, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The emphasis on cleanliness was evident, with mandatory mask-wearing, temperature checks, and handwashing stations throughout the property. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the rooms, especially the swim-out, were spacious and fantastic. The attentive and professional waitstaff, along with the 24/7 food service and delicious meals, made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return!

This hotel is an absolute luxury paradise! From the exclusive amenities to the beautiful sun terrace and beach access, everything here was top-notch. the spa and wellness centre, along with the outdoor swimming pool, were an absolute dream. the massage services were incredible, and the sun loungers and beach umbrellas made our stay so relaxing. the garden area was beautiful, and the entertainment was top-tier. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both fantastic. We especially enjoyed the continental breakfast and the beach bar. the room we stayed in offered private facilities and exclusive room advantages, making us feel like true VIPs.

the service was overall great, but there were a few instances where there was a slight delay in getting our requests fulfilled.

I love the location of this resort! I had the best Italian meal at Grazie, located in the Diamond Club area, and the nightly entertainment was amazing. The main central area of the resort was so convenient for everything we needed. The bathroom in my room was spotlessly clean and the view was truly breathtaking.

It's a pity that the staff were a bit hit and miss throughout my stay.

Autograph Collection resort, fantastic diamond club beach, no shortage of loungers, buffet breakfast is brilliant.

We stayed at this venue and loved the location on a beautiful beach straight on the ocean. The service was exceptional - several staff members provided us with everything we wanted in a warm and friendly manner. The leisure facilities were also amazing with an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a wellness center where we enjoyed massages.

That some issues took an extenuating period to be sorted. However, we highly recommend this hotel to others.

My New Year's stay was amazing! the complimentary drink upon arrival and the fruit plate in the room were a nice touch. the beach was just a few steps away and had crystal clear water and fluffy sand. Plus, the hotel was close to several restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel was overcrowded during the holiday season, making it difficult to find a spot by the pool or on the beach. some guests were not respectful of others and took chairs they hadn't paid for.

I recently stayed at an Autograph Collection resort in Negril and had a wonderful experience. The smaller size of the resort made it a peaceful and enjoyable stay, with less crowded areas. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious options. The kids pool area and kids club were also fantastic amenities that added to the overall experience. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful, providing exceptional customer service. The swim-out pool connected to our room was a definite highlight and something that would make me consider returning.
