The location was convenient, being off the ByPass and away from the city traffic. The staff, especially Alexia and Leroy, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was phenomenal. They made us feel welcome and provided us with kits and amenities, including a nice gesture for a birthday celebration.

Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a phenomenal stay.

One downside was the mattress, which was too hard for my comfort, especially considering my bad back. However, I believe that if I had mentioned this to the owner, they would have been accommodating and taken my concerns into consideration.

I got excellent value for my money at Tropical Luxury Dreams in Ocho Rios. The room was beautiful, secure, and felt just like home. The location was convenient and the staff, especially Ms. Fergerson, went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic trip.

The best aspects of our Christmas stay were the impeccable cleanliness and sanitization measures taken by the hotel. We felt safe and at ease throughout our entire stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect - close enough to the beach for a relaxing walk, and the pool area was also very enjoyable. Another advantage was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

The worst aspect of our stay was the lack of WiFi in the bedrooms upstairs. It would have been more convenient to have internet access in all areas of the hotel.
