Staff were exceptionally helpful, even assisting with finding a rental car during a busy period. the beds were comfortable, and the overall decor was stylish. the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants was a big plus.

My stay at 41 Pieces was exceptional. the rooms were modern and well-appointed, with a full-service kitchen and luxurious bath amenities including a Dyson hairdryer. the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from shops and restaurants, nestled between Susukino and Odori Park. the staff were accommodating, and the option to borrow coffee makers, records, and game boards was a nice touch. Additionally, the unlimited supplies, strong water pressure, and password-protected rooms added to the convenience and comfort of the stay.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to shops and restaurants. the rooms are well-equipped, with a full kitchen and modern amenities. the staff is helpful and accommodating, even waiting for our late arrival. the positives of our stay outweighed the negatives.

The downside of our experience was that the front desk closed early, making it hard to check in late or get assistance at any time. there was a lack of cabinet space in the room and the air conditioning was tricky to figure out.

I loved the attention to detail at 41 Pieces, with a record player and fresh coffee grinder in the room. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, with great knives to use. The tatami style bedding was incredibly comfortable and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a quick 2-minute walk away. The staff, especially J Young, were incredibly accommodating and responsive to our requests. I highly recommend 41 Pieces for a cozy and enjoyable stay in Sapporo.
