The staff at the hotel were eager to assist with transportation and made sure we had everything we needed. Additionally, there is a shop next to the train station, making it convenient for any last-minute needs.

We had an exceptional stay at a traditional ryokan in Yamanouchi. The highlight was the amazing degustation dinners, which were never-ending and absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed relaxing in our private spa on the balcony while it snowed on Christmas day. The staff provided excellent, smiling service, and we were personally greeted by the owner. The attention to detail made our stay incredible. I highly recommend this hotel for a true Japanese hospitality experience.
