The brand new hotel is amazing - lovely staff, great English communication, and impressive facilities including soft drinks, coffee, and even ice cream machines in the lobby. It's typhoon proof, conveniently located near 7/11 and restaurants, and just one station away from Shibuya. The room was spotlessly clean with the option for eco-friendly towel changes.

It was all superb.

The hotel had a good location for exploring the city and was close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. the free tea and coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch and helped keep me awake during my business trip. the laundry facilities were reasonably priced and made it easy to clean my clothes after a long day of work.

The room was extremely cramped and felt uncomfortable for two people, even by Japanese standards. the lack of natural light in some of the rooms was also disappointing.

This hotel in Shibuya is a hidden gem. its location is unbeatable, just a few minutes from the subway station and close to all the great restaurants in the area. Secondly, the rooms may be small, but they are packed with everything you need. From bathrobes to tea mugs, they've thought of every detail. Lastly, the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

No major issues, everything was fantastic.
