With its clean mountain air and breathtaking views of the valley and mountains, you'll truly feel revitalized. The hotel's staff goes above and beyond in providing top-tier hospitality, such as providing a delicious cake as a gesture of compensation. the spa offers top-notch massages that are sure to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

The Japanese buffet breakfast at the hotel seemed to have disappointed some guests, who mentioned that it used to be a proper meal but now only offers an average breakfast.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the slopes of Mt Myoko. I couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy my ski holiday. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service and always going the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was impressed with the housekeeping service and the shuttle service provided, making it convenient for me to get around. The hotel also had a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center where I indulged in a relaxing massage. The onsen facilities were impressive, with both indoor and outdoor baths to choose from. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable ski holiday. It truly exceeded my expectations in terms of its location, facilities, and services.

Spent Xmas at a magnificent hotel and had a great experience. Amazing spa facilities and delicious food with a diverse range of dinner options made the stay unforgettable. the service from the staff is exceptional, and they are always eager to help. the hotel's location provided breathtaking views of the mountains and valley, and the private outdoor onsen was an added pleasure.

Although the room was spacious, it lacked proper housekeeping, and the housekeeping task required improvement. the location of the hotel is quite isolated from town, and shuttle bus transport was limited, making it hard to go anywhere beyond the hotel premises.
